In their wordsVerbatim, exactly as submitted

As a mental health counselor in this state I am very concerned about how this bill discriminates against people having a mental health crisis. The changes should be to training of ED staff and resources and support for them, not the criminalization of people.
Kevin A Blanchette, Concordopposes
This would disproportionately impact the mentally ill -- menta illness should not be criminalized. It would not increase workplace safety.
Deb Baker, Concordopposes
As a licensed psychologist in NH, I oppose this bill, which could lead to the arrest and incarceration of individuals in mental health crisis and reduce their access to necessary mental health treatment.
