“Beginning October 1, 2028, subject to federal limitations, any cost sharing requirement established under the granite advantage health care program, with respect to care or an item or service furnished to a specified individual, shall not exceed $5.”
“The sum necessary to compensate the department of health and human services for the reduction in funding for the state Medicaid program resulting from repeal of the premium requirements pursuant to section 4 of this act is hereby appropriated to the department of health and human services for the biennium ending June 30, 2027.”
“The governor is authorized to draw a warrant for said sum out of any money in the treasury not otherwise appropriated.”
