“The sums of $2,500,000 for the fiscal year ending June 30, 2026, and $2,500,000 for the fiscal year ending June 30, 2027, are hereby appropriated to the community college system of New Hampshire for the purpose of providing scholarships and program support for the dual and concurrent enrollment program under RSA 188- E:26.”
