Eliminating unused special state funds

Analysis

This bill repeals the radiation long-term care fund, the mosquito control fund, and the New Hampshire recovery monument special account, and transfers the remaining balance of the recovery monument account to the alcohol abuse prevention and treatment fund. This bill is a request of the joint committee on dedicated funds pursuant to RSA 6:12-i.
