Shooting from vehicles is unfair. Anyone can say they are "disabled" so they can drive around shooting. This seems unsafe.

I do not support this bill as written, and would like to have the sponsors amend to include specific disability, and proof of disability from a Medical Doctor as to the specific reason the disability prevents the individual from mobility that requires the individual to hunt from a motorized vehicle.
