“"Cannabis" or “marijuana” means all parts of the plant of the genus cannabis containing over 0.3 percent THC on a dry weight basis, whether growing or not, the resin extracted from any part of the plant, and every compound, manufacture, salt, derivative, mixture, or preparation of the plant, or its resin, including cannabis concentrate.”
