“XXXIV-a.(a) Notwithstanding paragraph XXXIV or any other provision of law to the contrary, a retired member of the retirement system who was employed in a position qualifying for the higher grandfathered hourly limit under 2018, 293:6 (HB 561) and who retired prior to January 1, 2019, shall retain the right to work up to 1,664 hours per calendar year for any participating employer, provided that:”
“For purposes of this paragraph and provided that the retiree meets the conditions of RSA 100-A:1, XXXIV-a, the grandfathered hourly limit shall continue to apply to successive part-time positions with participating employers, regardless of changes in job title, duties, or employing entity.”
