“A student in the program shall be provided funding for enrollment in no more than 4 dual or concurrent enrollment courses taken in grade 10, no more than 4 dual or concurrent enrollment courses taken in grade 11, and no more than 4 dual or concurrent enrollment courses taken in grade 12[.”
