“Access to the information in the registry shall be limited to primary care physicians, nurses, other appropriate health care providers as determined by the commissioner, schools, child care agencies, health plans, and government health agencies or researchers demonstrating a legitimate need for such information as determined by the commissioner.”
Section 1
“There is hereby appropriated the sum of $100,000 for the biennium ending June 30, 2027 to the department of health and human services, division of public health services, for the technical modifications to the immunization registry defined in RSA 141-C-20-f deemed necessary to carry out the provisions of this act.”
Section 2
“The governor is authorized to draw a warrant for said sum out of any money in the treasury not otherwise appropriated.”
