“A rental company applying to register a rental fleet may select New Hampshire as the base jurisdiction for the fleet according to the basing requirements of the International Registration Plan (IRP), except that when the term of the lease of the vehicles in the fleet is greater than 60 days, the leasing rental customer must:”
“A rental company may allocate its rental passenger car registrations pursuant to section 905 of the IRP.”
