“There is hereby established in the state treasury a fund to be known as the Hampton Beach State Park pier fund, which shall be kept separate and distinct from all other funds.”

“The fund shall be continually appropriated to the department of natural and cultural resources, division of parks and recreation, for the purpose of obtaining engineering services, siting, permitting, final design, construction, and ongoing maintenance of an accessible pier at Hampton Beach State Park.”
