“The sum of $12,000,000 for the fiscal year ending June 30, 2026, and the sum of $12,000,000 for the fiscal year ending June 30, 2027, are hereby appropriated to the department of health and human services for the purpose of contracting with nonprofits that provide a continuum of services to individuals and families who are experiencing homelessness.”
