““Data steward” means a person or entity responsible for the collection, management, transformation, analysis, and reporting of data with the responsibility of ensuring the quality and fitness of the entity’s data assets, including the metadata for those data assets.”

“Beginning with the year 2022 and in consultation with the advisory council, the board shall identify strategies that optimize spending by public payors for pharmaceutical products while reasonably ensuring subscriber access to needed pharmaceutical products.”
