“The committee shall engage in a survey of both currently under consideration and existing legislation enacted in the states that address school start times and conduct a review for the purpose of summarizing evidence-based studies that have sought to determine best school start times for elementary, middle, and high school aged children.”

“The first meeting of the committee shall be held within 45 days of the effective date of this section.”
